Dear Valued Customers and Future Customers,

If you spend any time on the various internet discussion boards, you are probably aware of the legal proceedings we have brought against Robert (Bob) J. Williams Sr. aka "Akron Armory" due to nonpayment of debt.  Bob Williams is in debt to Ohio Rapid Fire for an approximate amount of $40,000.00.

To help you understand the real character of Bob Williams, you should know a brief history of our business relationship.  We entered into a business arrangement with Bob Williams in 2005 as a paid representative of Ohio Rapid Fire selling our merchandise on numerous discussion boards.  After a brief period it became apparent that Bob Williams did not meet the high standards of Ohio Rapid Fire, so we terminated the arrangement.

The issue concerning the debt Bob Williams owes Ohio Rapid Fire began in late 2005 when both parties were directed by the State of Ohio, Miami County Court System to have monthly arbitration meetings beginning January 2006 to resolve the debt prior to a scheduled December 2006 court date.  Bob Williams chose not to attend, or acknowledge the court-ordered meetings during most of 2006.  As the year progressed and the court date began approaching, we were forced to take additional legal measures against Bob Williams due to his noncompliance and nonpayment of the debt.  We were contacted by Bob Williams and he offered to "sell" us a large quantity of FN/FAL Ejector Blocks to settle the debt.  Based on our previous experience with Bob Williams, we chose to decline the offer.

In October of 2006, we were notified by our attorneys that Bob Williams agreed and "accepted judgment" of the court that he owed Ohio Rapid Fire $40,000.  We assumed that payment of debt would immediately follow.  We were wrong.  It was then that Bob Williams informed us that "he was not going to pay what he owed Ohio Rapid Fire."  Shortly thereafter we noticed that Bob Williams had placed a new advertisement on a major internet discussion board offering FN/FAL Ejector Blocks for sale.  We assumed he was selling the ejector blocks to generate the funds necessary to make payment on his debt to Ohio Rapid Fire.  Again, we were wrong.  No payment has been made.  We contacted our attorneys and additional legal measures were put into motion.  Bob Williams was scheduled for a "Debtor's Examination" on 13 November 2006.

On the afternoon of 13 November 2006, we were notified by our attorneys that Bob Williams had filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on 10 November 2006 at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio, Case Number 06-52393.

As all of you are aware, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is the most familiar type of bankruptcy, in which many or all of your debts are "wiped out" completely in exchange for giving up your "nonexempt" property.  Chapter 7 Bankruptcy only costs about $200.00.  How can Bob Williams who has done business with so many of you customers over the past years have no money to pay his current debt?  What happened to all the money from merchandise Ohio Rapid Fire invoiced Bob and he subsequently sold on numerous internet websites?? Ohio Rapid Fire never got paid and consequently won the court judgment against Bob Williams.

Lessons learned:

We will continue to work hard to bring you products you have requested, and endeavor to work with businessmen who share the same ethics as we do.

As always, thanks for your time and continued patronage.
